At Itraining Institute, we aim to offer a transparent and fair policy for refunds and cancellations. This policy outlines the conditions under which learners may cancel their course registration and request a refund.

1. ❌ Course Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to cancel their course enrollment:

A written request must be emailed to info@itraininginstitute.com within 3 calendar days of the course start date.
Refunds will be considered only if no classes have been attended and course materials have not been accessed/downloaded.

Refund eligibility:

Cancellation Timeframe	Refund Amount
Within 3 days of course start (no classes attended)	80% of total fee
After 3 days or once the course has started	❌ No refund
No-show or inactivity without notice	❌ No refund

2. 🔄 Course Rescheduling

Students may reschedule their batch once (subject to availability) by notifying us at least 48 hours before the class begins.
Batch transfers are allowed only within the next 30 days.

3. 📅 Cancellation by Itraining Institute

We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule any course or batch due to:

Low enrollment
Instructor unavailability
Technical or logistical issues

In such cases, the student will be offered:

A full refund OR
The option to transfer to another available batch at no extra cost

4. 💳 Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Students must provide accurate bank/UPI details if required.

5. ⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued under the following conditions:

If course materials have been accessed/downloaded
If any class session has been attended
If refund is requested after the eligible period
For customized corporate or group training sessions

6. 📜 Special Offers & Discounted Programs

Fees paid for discounted or promotional courses are non-refundable.
Fee adjustments, partial refunds, or extensions are not applicable on offer-based enrollments.
